What is the best way to check hormone levels?
Salivary hormone testing has been established as the best method for accurate analysis of your active hormone levels. Estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol can be measured by saliva. The estrogen/progesterone ratio (Pg/E2) is calculated to determine estrogen dominance. Too much estrogen in relation to progesterone can lead to a multitude of negative symptoms.
